' (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 15. Sir Malcolm McEacharn's gross estate is valued for probate at £-121,321, including real estate £163,211, and personal £50,069, in the United Kingdom, and personal in Australia £208,040, the net total in the United Kingdom being £278,478. He bequeathed his Australian property, with the income from the residuary property in the United Kingdom, to his wife for life, afterwards to be divided among his children; £5000 to the Royal Caledonian School; legacies to clerks in McIlwraitH and McEach&rn's offices.
