IMMIGRANTS FOR CANADA.
LONDON, July 13. Tti the House of Commons last night, Lieut-Colonel Seely (TJnder-Secretary for the Colonies), in reply to Mr. Philip Snowden (Labour member for Blackburn), stated that the Earl of Crewe (the Colonial Secretary) was addressing a communication to Canada concerning the hardships arising from the new immigration regulations.
