SOWING DISTRUST.
GERMAN COMPLAINT AGAINST ENGLAND. BERLIN, July 13. In connection with the official denial of the NicaTaguan rumours, German newspapers indignantly denounce the alleged attempts of British journals to sow mistrust between America and Germany. It is apparent that Germany's still unexplained recognition of President Madriz is unfavourably received in the United States.
