DUKE OF WESTMINSTER.
-A CAPSIZE AT COWES FROM A HYDROPLANE. (Received 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. The Duke of Westminster was hydroplaning at Cowes at a speed of 35 knots to-day, when the hydroplane turned sharply in the strong tide, capsized, and _a_k. . All four occupants were rescued.
