GERMAN TRAITORS.
SELLING SECRETS TO PRANCE (Received 8.10 a.m.) BERLIN, July 10. A woman has been sentenced to six years' penal servitude at Leipzig, and three men to sentences ranging from two to four years, for selling France secrets of the military telephones in Alsace-Lor-raine, and portions of the new shrapnel shell.
