(Before Mr. C. C. Kettle, -S.JL) CLAIM FOR REPAIRS. The case of Edward Humphrey Symons (Mr. A. S. C. Brown) v. Louis Arnoldson (Mr J. Stanton), claim for £9 6/ for repairs to a house and grounds at Pamell, leased to the defendant, was partly heard on the sth and Oth iusts., and again, came on this morning. His Worship had In the meantime visited the house. Counsel addressed the Court at length this morning. His Worship considered that" defendant had signed a covenant, and had to be bound by it.
