ROAD BOARS NOTICES. riTHE OTAHUHU BOAD DISTRICT. The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 190S, The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, The Boad Board Act, 190S, and any other Statutes now or hereafter passed affecting Loans to Local Bodies. PROPOSED LOAN o£ £15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Pounds) for. the purpose of providing Water Supply and Sewerage for the Road District of Otahuhu. THE OTAHUHU ROAD BOARD hereby gives notice: — 1. That the particular purpose for which the Loan is required Is. the Providing of a system of "Water Supply and Sewerage (to bo carried out Jointly as one undertaking) for the Road District of Otahuhc, including the acquisition of such sites and land as may be necessary for such purpose, and the construction or erection thereon of such Pumping Stations, Reservoirs, Buildings, Plant and Machinery as may be necessary or incidental to the said undertaking. 2. That it being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow the sum of £15,000 for such purpose. 3. That It proposes that such Loan, together with interest thereon at the rate of 31 per centum per annum, shall be repaid in 3CJ years, by 73 half-yearly instalments, accordiug to the table prescribed by the New* Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1900. 4. That the proposed security for such Loan shall be the said undertaking or works when completed. Including such Pumping Station, Reservoir, Plant, and Pipes, and all revenues to be derived therefrom, less the working expenses thereof, and also a Special Rate of seven-eighths of a penny in : the Pound on all ratable property In the i said district, which rate ~s estimated to give and meet in accordance with Section 69 Subsection (c) of the New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, 10 per centum more than the amount of the said prescribed periodical payments or instalments of principal and interest, as they fall due. And also all the Revenues of the said Road District and the said Road Board. 5. The provision for repayment Is that the said Loan shall be repaid in 3Gi years, as particularly described in Paragraph 3 of this notice, by 73 half-yearly payments in accordance with the provisions of the New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1009, and of the table prescribed thereunder in the case of advances to local authorities. 6. That it proposes to pay out of the said Loan the cost of raising the Loan, and the interest on such Loan for the firsi year. Dated at Otahuhu this 17th day of June, 1010.
