TWO HUNDRED APPLICANTS. t ( Received 8.25 aan.)j OTTAWA, July 9. The Canadian Government's Naval Training College, in which officers for the coming Canadian navy are to receive their early training, will be opened at Halifax, Nova Scotia, in October, in temporary quarters. The first draft will consist of 30 lads, but already over 200 applications for adpiission have been received.
