The ca-pital of the Old Allmrnia Company being about exhausted, shareholders have received a circular calling upon them, to attend an extraordinary meeting next week for the purpose of considering a proposal by the directors to reconstruct with a capital of £8,000 in 160,000 shares of one shilling each. Present shareholders are entitled to share for share in the new Company.
