KAISER WILHELM'S HEALTH.
PROGRESSING FAVOURABLY. (Received 9.45 a.m.) BERLIN, June 17. Tie Kaiser is now progressing favourably, and hopes are expressed that he will recover within a week. An obscure bulletin, published regarding the Kaiser, aroused disquiet. It is believed the right knee is inflamed through pressure of the saddle flap on recent long rides.
