THEIR CLAIM REJECTED. SEVERE BLOW TO AIR TRUST. NEW YORK. June 16. The United States Court of Appeal dissolved the injunction restraining the Herring-Curtis Company from manufacturing aeroplanes, on the ground that it infringed Wright's patent. The newspapers hail this as a severe blow for the group of financiers supporting Wright's attempt to form an air trust.
