AUCKLAND EAST ELECTION.

In addition to the candidates named yesterday, Mr Reginald Walter Hill has •been nominated for 4he Anekland City East seat iby tile Key. A. A. Murray and Mr R. Herbert. A Labour xally will also be 'held in the Orange Hall, Karangahape-road, to-night, at ■which addresses -will be delivered by Mr George Davis, also by Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P., and Mr. T. E. Taylor, M.P. Mr. McKnight's nominators are G. E. Siddins, J. R. Eigg, and others.

Most of the candidates address meetings of electors tihis evening. Mr A. M. Myers speaks at St. David's Schoolroom, Khyber Pass, and Mr G. I. McKnight at Grafton-road Public School.

Mr. Hill publishes an address to the electors by advertisement to-day, in which he gives his political views as a straight-out Oppositionist, and emphasises some reforms which he advocates. Mr. iTTill speaks at Epiphany Hall' tonight.
