ANNUAL DINNER. Messrs HntcMnson Bros., Ltd., celebrated their 26th. anniversary by a complimentary dinner to the combined staffs of their three stores at the Tiffin last evening. About ninety employees attended, and an enjoyable time was spent discussing the menu and a ■well-arranged musical programme. The managing director (Mr G. E. Hutchinsbn) presided, and took advantage of the opportunity to congratulate all present oa.having conclnded a successful year, and outlined future schemes of GeveioDment. Strong reference to the mutual unanimity and cordiality of iirm and stall was made b> the managers of the branch stores in their remarks, and these sentiments were reflected in the replies of the depot foremen. i ae following toasts were enthusiastically-. r»ceived:—"The King," proposed by Mi q_ w.
