GOVERNMENT STEAMER ARRESTED.
BRISBANE, April 28. The Government steamer Merrie England has been arrested at the instance of the Cairns Harbour Board with respect to unpaid towage fees, due for the Board's tugboat towing the vessel from Cairns to Townville when disabled.
