THREE TO ONE ON OXFORD.

LONDON, March 22. The Oxford crew are very strong favourites for the inter- 'varsity boat race, and the betting is 3 to i in their favour. The race which is rowed to-day is the 67th contest between the two universities, and of these Oxford has won 25, Cambridge 30, and the other, rowed in 1577, a dead heat. In the last II years Cambridge has only been beaten thrice 1901, 1905,. and last year, but prior to 1839 they had nine Successive wins. 1 The crews were constituted as follows when the last mail left England:' Oxford:' Bow, C.
