EOT—i BRITISHERS "WO __— )ED. LONDON, March 13. . Information has been received from Pekfn of a serious affray between Chinese soldiers and some foreigners at Too Chow. The Chinese, whose -sjlj-y -was overdue, endeavoured to gain free admission to a theatre there, but were promptly refused. They attacked and.'wounded four British soldiers, and several Japanese -were severely handled. Many shops in the vicinity were wrecked.
