A first change of programme "was placed before the patrons of the-Empire Vaudeville .Company at tbe Federal Hall on &_—xday evening, and -repeated last evening. The programme was carried out mainly by the Selbini' Troupe. Many of their feats '_o__—ned the qualities of excellence and.novelty, and it was matter for surprise to the. audience that such a comparatively small troupe should ex'3_—it such agreeable versa,—ity. True, -their work was not always of an. equal character, but occasionally unconvincing turns were more r than compensated- tor ■by. many start—ugly unusual tricks..
