WRECKAGE WASHED ASHORE
SUPPOSES LOSS OF. LARGE VESSEL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, this day. A Maori named Aperhama, from Hokianga, reports that a large' amount of wreckage has been discovered on the coast between Mangonui Bluff and Kawerua, and it, apparently, is part of a large vessel. On Tuesday last a large ship's boat was also found between Hokianga and Wbangape. . • I — ■
