LONDON, March 19. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council has given, decisions in New Zealand appeals. Tie. appeal in the case of Reginald Palmer. Gieville and Mary Jolly Edwards j v. Crespin Parker, concerning the renewal of a lease of some land at Silverstream, Wellington, was allowed, with costs. The application made in the case of Hussey v. ililes; for leave to appeal in Jonna pauperis, was refused
