Meagher, coal prospecting license for 200 acres for two years al Kaxangahake; Wm. Eddowes, surrender abBolutely Nevada 8.C., Karangahake; A. G. Snelgar, surrender absolutely residence site, Karangahake. The application of W. M. Johnstone £or protection for six months on the Tenelba S.C. at Karangahake, was recommended for the Minister's consent The Warden gave , his adjourned decision on the case Bellingham v. the New Zealand Crown Mines, Ltd., for the forfeiture of the Eavenswood and the Rarenswood Extended special claims on the ground of non-working. Judgment was given to de- ! fendfint, with costs acounting to £4 11/.
