SUPPRESSION OF TOHUNGAISM
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANTJI, this day. At the Supreme Court this morning two Maoris, Paku and his wife, were sentenced to three and one month's imprisonment, respectively, for practising tohungaism. This is the first prosecution under the Tohunga Suppression Act.
