Mandeno Jackson's roon. this morning, several properties were o: fered at public auction, but the biddin was slack, and the only property dispose of, was a lot of 40 acres of rich lam with homestead and outbuildings, a Pukekohe. The price realised was £3 per acre. There was a good attendance at th rooms of Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Son this afternoon, when 23 building lot in the Hainora Estate, Morningside, an three residences were offered at pirbli auction. The residences were passed, ii none of the bids reaching the res'ervt but nine lots in the Hainora Estate wer cold, the prices being as follow:—Lot 7 and 8, 50fl x 214 ft, £2 12/6 per foot J Lot 13, 50ft x 151 ft.' £2 17/6. Lot Is 1 40ft x 150 ft, £2 10/. Lots 20, 21, 25 I 150 ft x 106 ft, £175 the lot. 'Lot 23, 50f i x 206 ft, 15/ per foot. Lot 25, 50ft : 200 ft, £2 5/ 'per fot.
