INCREASED BY TWENTY SHIPS. fOOITTS WITH BATTLESHIP GEAR. (Received 8.45 a.m.) BERLIN, February 24. ■"Col- Gadke, in an article in the "Herliner Tageblatt," states that the Navy Kct fixes the number of battleships at 38, but Germany is really building 58, since the cruisers originally intended as powerful scouts are now being constructed with battleships' armament and armour.
