HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. There was a large audience at the theatre last night, when the All Pathe Pictures were again shown, eliciting repeated applause. The same programme will be shown until Saturday. OPERA HOUSE. The new programme at the Opera House was again presented to a crowded house last night. The bill is a varied and interesting one. and will be repeated to-night and to-morrow. There will be a complete change of programme on Saturday. THE TTVOLI. A large audience patronised the Tivoli Theatre la.st night, when an excellent programme was presented. On Saturday night the Walsh Dramatic Company will present an original drama entitled "A Californian Romance; or the American Tramp." ALJSERT HALL. The new programme of pietuTes shown at the Royal Albert Hall la.st. night proved to be well suited to the taste of the audience which witnessed it. The scenic films were exceptionally fine, the principal of them befing a series which showed some of the grand rugged mountains of wild Algeria, and another of mountain anj lake scenery rouDd about Lake Garda. The dramatic views were full of interest and pathos, and gave very good, well-acted pourtrayals of exciting events. The favourites of-this class were "The Lost Heir," "Tily Boheme" and '•Redwing/s Gratitude." The comic films contained some jokes that were new, and were all highly amusing. CARTER THE MAGICIAN. Carter the Magician and his company of eight people begin a brief season at His Majesty's Theatre on Monday night. Since his Inst visit, Carter has travelled over 5000 miles into the interior of India, and spent live months in Benares, on the banks of the sacred river Ganges, studying the occult with the native fakirs and Mahattnas.
