RACIALISM IN AFRICA.

FAST DYING OUT. MR. SABER'S APPEAL. CAPETOWN, February 16. Mr. J. W. Saver (Commissioner of Works in the Cape Ministry), in a speech at Ceres, said the little racialism still existing in South Africa was fast dying out. He deprecated the apparent attempt to disunite South Africa, and appealed to them to resolve to work as one people and continue the spirit displayed in the National Convention. "Do not," he added, "because we can or cannot get a coalition Government, make that an excuse to divide South Africa, and revert to old party lines." He was confident South Africans would not allow angry, hasty, or indiscreet politicians or editors to spoil tho country's great future.
