Yesterday morning there died at the hospital the man James Stanley, who was injuxed by f-Jling from a trolley while negotiating a sudden bend in the temporary line constructed ait the Waitakerei Waterworks. The man Buffered severe injuries to his head, and was at once taken to the hospital, but he did not regain consciousness. The coroner opened an inquest on the body at the hospital this morning, but it was only for the purpose of taking evidence of identification which was given by Frank Stanley, the brother of deceased.
