(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday. The Palmerston North. Sittings of the Supreme Court commenced to-day [before Mr. Justice Ghaipiman. Edward John Lower, charged with supplying illegal instruments, was found not guilty.
