The plaintiffs, as trustees, asked for an order interpreting the will of Mr. Levin, who died in 1893, and defining the right of Mona Beatrice Levin, when she attained her majority. The amount of this accumulated part of the income, the trustees submitted she was entitled to receive, was, in round figures, £39.000. After going most exhaustively into the facts his Honor ordered and declared that upon the proper construction of the will of Mr. Levin the defendant, having attained he.r majority, was entitled to receive the moneys representing the accumulations of her share of the surplus income referred to in the will, after providing for her maintenance and education during infancy.
