Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders In this Company ■will be held in the Registered Office of the Company, 2G, Wyndham-st., Auckland, on MONDAY, the 7th day of February next, at 12 o'clock noon, to receive the Annual Report and Statements of Account, to declare a Dividend for the Half-year ended December 31st last and to elect Two Directors and Two Auditors In the place of those who retire at such meeting, but who are eligible for re-election, and for any other business that mny be brought before the Meeting, of which due notice has been given. AND FURTHER Notice is hereby given that Immediately at the close of the above-men-tioned Ordinary General Meeting of the Company nn Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at its said Office, when the subjoined Resolution will be proposed:— RESOLUTION. That the regulations contained in the printed document submitted to the Meeting and for the purposes of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof be and the same are hereby approved and that such regulations be and they are hereby adopted- as the regulations of the Company to the exclusion of all existing regulations thereof. Should the resolution be passed by the required majority it will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution at a second extraordinary meeting which, will be convened.
