ARMS FOR AFGHAN FRONTIER.
GUN RUNNERS' DEPOT CAPTURED. (Received 9.25 a.m.) TEHERAN", January 30. A British expedition which landed at Jask marched inland for seven hours, and attacked a depot established by the gunrunners, who are extensively smuggling arms up to the Afghanistan border. The expedition captured hundreds of rifles, revolvers, and bayonets, and destroyed a quantity of gunpowder which was found. Three Afghans were killed.
