SUGAR FROM JA-VA. ■The s.e. Ooldergrove left Batavia, Java, on November 24 with 6000 tons raw sugar for Auckland. She is expected to arrive ihere about the middle of December next.

THE OPAWA. The New Zealand Shipping Co.'6 steamer Opawa, bound from Waitara to Auckland, passed Cape Maria Van Diemen at 7.15 a-m. to-day, and should arrive at this port about daylight to-morrow. The Opawa loads cargo here for London, via the South.
