AMUSEMENTS.
OPERA HOUSE. There was a large audience at the Opera House last night, and every member of it enjoyed to the full the excellent programme of pictures presented. The scenic series were much appreciated, tho dramatic films excited absorbing interest, and the comic pictures never failed to provoke laughter. The same programme will be repeated tc-night. ALBERT HALL. There were several new pictures introduced into the Albert Hall programme last night, and all of them good. Among those most worthy of mention were films showing scenes in Canada, soma tours in Edinburgh, a dramatic picture story "Autumn Leaves," and an amusing picture suggesting an origin of the Diabolo craze. The same programme will be repeated to-night. TIVOLI THEATRE. The pictures at the Tivoli Theatre last night were shown to a good audience, which showed marked appreciation frequently. To-night a further attraction is offered in the shape of a ballad-singing competition for ladies, for which handsome prizes are offered.
