The Magistrate dismissed an infonna.tion against Maurice (Joughlan, licensee lof the Provincial Hotel, charged with 1 selling liquor to an intoxicated person, on the ground that the evidence did not ; disclose a sale, also an information ■against the barman for supplying the liqour, on tin , ground that there was not sulficient evidence that the man served was drunk.
