YASS - CAJTBITRRA APPROVED. MELBOURNE, October 22. The Senate to-day debated the Federal Capital Site BilL Several speakers favoured Dalgety. Senator - Fmdlay declared that when aeroplanes and the monorail were perfected the Yass-Canberra site (the one oriEinaHy fixed) would be within two hours of Sydney, and that would effectually kill all national atmosphere in the capita T. Senator Givens submitted an amendment in favour of substituting Dalgety as Ehe site. A division resulted in 16 votes being cast for Yass-Canberra and 1-t for Dalgety. i
