A CREW MASSACRED.
TRAGEDY AT THS HEBRIDES. SYDNEY. September fi. The French steamer brings a report of another massacre in the New Hebrides. The French trading sohonner Ouadalite drifted ashore in Espiegle Bay. Mallicnln. and hordes of savages surrounded and massacred the crew, consisting of tie captain, a Frenchman, and four or rive natives, and looted the schooner. The details are meagre, and the memfcws of the crew may have escaped to the bush. A BLACKBrRDrSTG EXPEDITION. SEKIOUS RISING FEARED. (Received 10.40 a.m.) , SYDNEY, this day.
