PEETH, August 26, .The lighthouse-keeper at Cape Naturalist* reported this forenoon that a boat had passed within two mileß of the lighthouse containing several men. Subsequently a tug picked up a boat and towed it to Bunbury, The boat proved to be from the French barque Gael, from London to Hobart, which was abandoned on Monday last 200 miles off Cape Loeuwin in a sinking condition. The boat contained the first and third officers and 11 members of ilie crew. All are in good health. A second boat, containing the captain, the second officer, and 10 of the crew, is Still adrift. The boats parted on Monday night.
