EXCLUSION OF "JUSTICE." MISCHIEVOUS ARTICLES. (Received 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 26. In the House of Commons the Master of Elibank (Mr A. W. Murray, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for India) informed Mr Will Thorne that at the instance of the Indian Government the entry into India of the Socialist newspaper "Justice" has been prohibited, owing to its inflammatory and mischievous articles directed against British rule. Mr Thbrne inquired why the "Justice" was singled out, seeing that similar articles appeared in other paperß. Mr Murray asked Mr Thorne fo mention them. Mr' Thorne replied i "Surely the honourable member does not think mc quite so foolish." (Laughter.)
