LEIGHTON.—On July 28th, at his sister's (Mrs J. A. Stlchbury) residence, Devonport, New Zealand, Miles, the eldest beloved son of the late Thomas Leighton, of Dumfries, In his 59th year. By request of deceased, no mourning. The funeral will leave his late residence for O'Neill's Point Cemetery, Friday, 2 p.m. O'BRIEN.—On July 28tb. 1909, at his parents' residence, Tclepbone-rd., Birkenhead. Jack, dearly beloved infant .son of Samuel and Ruth O'Brien, aged 4 months.
