Madame Blanche Carelli, assisted by other local musicians, will give a concert in the: Choral Hall to-morrow evening. A good programme has been provided. The Salisbury Guardians have" decided to discontinue serving: gruel to tramps. The gruel was so popular that the number of tramps visiting the workhouse increased by 1100 in a quarter.
