J (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) CAMBRTDOE, this aay. !The Cambridge town clerk ■■Vires. from I Wellington that debentures for the-town hall loan of £5000 have been duly signed ; and deposited in the bank there; also that he has .made very satisfactory arrangements for floating the loan. Information has also been received from the Town Clerk that the Government. will grant £100 towards draining paddocks reserved for the Stock .-which are in a in the centre of ;tjhe Jwrpughj or will pass, special legislation next session making the property, ttj borough endowment. The town has already a full complement of recreation reserves and endowments, but several of! these are not much good for revenue-pro-' ducing purposes.
