Owuig to some of his creditors pressing for payment, and his landlord putting in the bailiff, he was forced to file his schedule. Bankrupt stated he had a wife and six children dependent upon him. He had no offer to make his creditors, as he was perfectly penniless. The first meeting ol creditors will be held on Friday next at 2.30 p.m.
