It will be remembered that at tie time of the recent mining crisis at Huntly the Auckland Employers' Association, in general meeting, passed a resolution expressing "very hearty approval of the attitude adopted by four officials of the Taupiri Coal Company in having loyally stood by their employers under such adverse circumstances," and tdacided to show their appreciation in a practical manner.
