A FRESH OUTBURST. "HO AGGRESSIVE INTENTIONS." (Received 9.5 a.m.) LONDON March 1. Russia's remonstrances to Servia in regard to the question of territory have led to a fresh outburst of war fever in Servia. Servia informed Russia that she has , no aggressive intentions and is prepared i -to leave the interests of Servia to the judgment of the Powers. In replying, Russia expressed satisfaction, and added that Servia's declarations regarding the acquisition of territory would find neither sympathy nor support among the Powers.
