L'nder instructions from the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, a sale of building lots in the Alburnia Estate, Epsom, was held by- .Messrs. Cochrane and Son at their auction rooms to-day. The sections were disposed of on a (53 y«ars' lease with rights of renewal every 21 years. The following were the lots disposed of out of a total of 25: —Lots 55 (55ft by 168 ft) and 50 (00 by 188). frontage to Manukau-road, each sold at £0 10/ a year to the Manukau Water Supply Board; lot 57 (50 by 197), ilanu-kan-road, £11 per year, Sir. T. l'oynter : lot 00 ((50 by 184), Bracken-avenue, £8 15/ per year. Air. W. Pearce; lot 02 (00 by 184), Braoken-u.venue £7 per year, Mr. E. A. Potter; lot 67 (66 by 178). Bracken-avenue, £8 5/ per year, Mr. E. R. Hosking: 10tA74. 75, 27(i (each GO by IS4), Krac-kini-iivenue, £7 5/ per year for each section; Mr. ,T. R. ley: lot 77 (lit! by 184). Urackenavenuo. £7 10/. Mrs. Janet Eaton. AU the other lots \ve>e passed in. Allotments 03 and X\V 64, a property of 100 acres in Mangatete Parish, wore sold to Mr. E. C. Beale at 7/0 per acre.
