M.P.. presiding, decided to found a league, to be called ' " The Spirit of Broadest Toleration for Ireland League," aiming to unite Irishmen, to concentrate the movement to obtain self-government, and to promote other projects for the advancement of Ireland. BEFORE FISCAL REFORM: (Received 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, February 28. Liberals are pertuibed at the action of ilr Thomas Gibson Bowles, their candidate for the Central Glasgow seat, putting Home Rule for Ireland before the fiscal issue. Mr Bowles has officially secured a heavy Irish vote.
