MINISTERIAL CHANGES.
LONDON, October 20. •Mi- T. Ma&mnon Wood, Parliamentary Secretary of the Board of Education, has ; j been appointed Under-Secretary for ' , Foreign Affairs. J Mr. C. P. Trevelyan succeeds Mr. Wood in the former office. The new appointment follows the transition of Lord Fitzmaurice from the ! Foreign Under-Secretaryship to the Prej sideney of the Council. Mr. Wood has I only been in the House for two years, but Ihe had lengthy administrative experience ' as member and chairman of the L.C.C. Mr. Treveiyan has been in the House for ten years, and was formerly Secretary to the Lordiieutenant of Ireland.
