Hill, it was ■decided that the present directors be asked to contiuue ia oflice, __at their number remain seven, and that the re-ap-pointment be eontLi-ned, with the th-tnks of shareholders for the most satisfactory __nd prudent manner in whiqh they had negotiated the company', business to date. It was also decided that with a view to conserving the_ interest. of the company, the directors be directed riot to sanction the transfer ot any shares hy individual members at present or until authorised so to do. On the close ot the statutory meetina of shareholders, a meeting of the directors took place, when MrW.E Jack-nan was asked to again, act as chairman of <&.»?- tont.
