LONDON, October 13. <i thousand unemployed met to-day on tie Thames embankment and fiercely denoonced Mr. John Burns, who, as President oi the Local Government Board, has rt. a 4mhii strat ' on of the unemployed fnnd of £200,000 in his hands. Mr. Burns described as a traitor. Some oi the leaders of the demonstration ur«ed the men to arm, while others jdYised°a united attempt to overcrowd the fforkhouses.
