GOVERNMENT'S INTENTIONS. (Eeeeived 8.10 a.m.) LOKDCOT. October 12. In a speech at Leeds, the Premier (Mr. «qnith) announced that in amending lie Education Act the Government would •seat to no settlement which left unretecd that greatest and most sorely felt "■justice, the Act of 1909.
