PROGRESS OZ , HEW TWATT. STEABCBBS. (Beceiyed 9.40 a,m.) LONDON, October 12. Qe Peninsular steamer Malwa has tea launched on the Clyde. He Howard-, Smith liner Enmeralla las also been launched. Eie Kinghom Company's new Australia mail fine of steamers is making good progress. The first will be launched in Soranber, and some will be ready to begin service on the expiry of the Koyal M contract in May.
